Terms of Service

Last updated: February 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Browserize platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Browserize provides cloud-hosted virtual browser instances accessible via API. You may use these instances for any lawful purpose, including web automation, scraping, testing, and AI agent tool use.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Usage and Billing

Usage is billed at the published rate per compute hour. Billing is calculated per-second and deducted from your account balance. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Browserize for any illegal activity, to distribute malware, to launch denial-of-service attacks, or to engage in any activity that harms the platform or its users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Browser instances are ephemeral. Data stored in a browser is not persisted beyond the instance lifecycle. We do not inspect or store the content of pages loaded in your browsers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Browserize is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and any remaining balance forfeited. Provisions regarding billing, acceptable use, and liability survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
