1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address and billing information. We also collect usage data such as API request logs, browser instance counts, and compute hours consumed.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the platform, process billing, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Browser Content

The content of pages loaded inside Browserize instances is your data. We do not inspect, store, or transmit the content of pages loaded in your browsers. Browser instances are ephemeral and destroyed when stopped.

4. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your account. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and troubleshooting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

Browserize uses third-party infrastructure providers (including Fly.io) to host browser instances. These providers have access to the infrastructure required to run the service but do not access your browser content.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are hashed and stored securely. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@browserize.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.

9. Contact
